My path as a cofounder….not sure where it will take me. Enjoy the ride!

It all starts with an idea…. and a Facebook ad.

Have you ever had a feeling that something is about to happen? It is like a premonition of sorts, but not sure if it is a good one or a bad one. Well, here I am currently.

Since I am positive minded with a pinch of irony to the core, I assume we are heading towards the good one.

The year 2022 is going to be groundbreaking for me by default.

I am turning 40 this year. And this has nothing to do with the fact that I am ageing or getting old. I am ok. (Seriously, I am fine with that.)

But while you are approaching this milestone in your life, it gets you to stop and reflect on your life. And most importantly, you start to ask all the right questions. At least I did that, and I hope I asked the right questions.

Questions like:

  • What do I really want to do I'm my life?
  • Surely there must be more to life than this?

But mostly, what I love to do and what kind of people I want to be surrounded by.

So I did a sort of inventory of my life. Classical pros and cons.

With that in mind, I came across a Facebook ad in a Facebook group with the title:” Looking for a cofounder.”

First, I was a bit sceptical. I met him over a zoom call. We talked about the idea. Like the idea. He liked me.

We met in person. Talked a bit more. I still liked the idea, even a bit more.

Most of all, we aligned in one aspect.

OUR VALUES

We discussed what we wanted to achieve. What are our boundaries, values and goals? What are we willing to do to move forward and succeed with the idea.

In the end, the idea was not the decision-maker. It was who I was and who he was. Most of all, if we could work together. And we decided we can… so now I am a cofounder.

Stay tuned.

P.S.: The hype ended. 😎We didn’t pursue our idea further. So, no co-founder. New ventures ahead! 🚀🚀🚀
